David Scharf

David Scharf is a veteran in the real estate business. As founder and managing partner of Esplanade Capital, he leverages his skills to expand and fully realize a robust portfolio of assets.
Prior to founding the company, Mr. Scharf was a key force in the real estate investment banking arm of Credit Suisse Boston and served as managing partner of Esplanade Group.
Mr. Scharf and his company have developed, acquired, managed and repositioned a variety of assets throughout ten states valued at over $1 Billion. He earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, currently serving on NYU’s real estate advisory board.
